Jeff Henley took all the experienced gained from a highly successful 14-year stint in automotive sales and management and parlayed it in 2011 to launch a career he’s passionate about in the marine industry. Prior to joining the ECM Group, Jeff served as the general manager for a large regional retail dealership. In his capacity as Director of Operations for Emerald Coast Marine Group, Jeff has full management responsibility to oversee daily operations of the marina, service and parts departments. He is actively engaged in process management and in cultivating the company culture among his team. A lifelong boater, Jeff grew up boating on the lakes of northern Mississippi including fishing, wakeboarding, water skiing and hunting. He and his family continue this tradition and spend plenty of time together boating, canoeing, kayaking and camping.
